- We reserve the right to amend or change the Kake Krush terms and conditions at any time, without notice. It is the website visitors responsibility to read the current terms & conditions.

ORDERS

- Any information given when placing your order, including design details, colours, theme, contact information, price etc will all be included for reference and approval on your cake order invoice. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any detail given on your order form is correct.

- No conversation in messages, watsapp, txt or email is booking without a deposit, We cannot hold places for anyone without payment.

-Under no circumstances do we acknowledge a purchase contract from this website until you have received an order confirmation via email at the point a money transaction has taken place. 

- On the rare occasion we discover an error in your order which could include incorrect pricing or not in stock, for example) we will notify you immediately via your email. 

- We never dispatch an order from this website until it has been paid for in full. 

- We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost in full. Payment methods are via our chosen payment providers and are open to change as we deem appropriate.   
- Purchases made through the Kake Krush website are non-transferable. All prices include VAT at the current UK rate. We reserve the right to change the price of any product(s) at any time, without prior notice.

COLLECTION & DELIVERIES

-If the cake is collected, it is fully your responsibility for the safety of the cake. We will not be responsible for any damage to the cake after it has been collected. The same applies for cakes that  We deliver, once we leave we cannot take any responsibility for the cake being knocked or damaged.

- once the cake has been delivered we will take photos and send them to you. So should any damage occur subsequently, we cannot be held responsible

- advice will be given on storage

NON EDIBLE ITEMS IN CAKE 

- Our cakes sometimes contain non edible items such as ribbon, flowers, toppers etc. Sugar paste models and figurines and floral cake toppers may also contain wires/ dowels Crystals or beads which should not be eaten. Tiered cakes also have internal support. It will be you or your caterers responsibility to remove these, as appropriate, before serving your cake

REFUNDS

- If you have a legitimate problem with your cake you should contact us within 24 hours to discuss this and we will try our best to resolve the problem
